Octavia is the city placed between two steep mountains. People live in risk every day and they always look for a stable living environment. To against the unstable environment, citizens start migrating from place to place, live as NOMAD. Once the city starts losing its balance, part of the citizens have to move to another place to maintain the balance of the city. Wherever they migrate, they all live along the peg net which serves as passage and support of the city. By simple connection, each peg clings with each other and forms a strong network as spider-web. NOMADs start creating their little towns or mountain-side houses along the net to enjoy the moment of tranquilization.
